Job summary

Sunny Sky Products is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the distribution channel in the Houston area. You will manage broadline distributors, maintain key relationships, and drive regional growth through new items, programs, and partnerships.

You will build a robust pipeline in Salesforce, coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations, and ensure the region meets budget and profitability goals while traveling up to 50% of time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in foodservice distributor channels.
• Ownership of distributor relationships at division or operating company level.
• Proven track record building and closing a pipeline of distributor opportunities.
• Knowledge of distributor operations, redistribution, and broker networks.

Responsibilities

• Own region's distributor and redistributor relationships including major players.
• Serve as primary contact at division level and support joint business planning.
• Grow region by prospecting, expanding items, and opening new channels.
• Build and manage a Salesforce pipeline with qualification through close.
