Teaching Strategies, LLC is seeking a Regional Professional Development Manager to lead and coach a nationwide network of trainers, delivering high-quality PD sessions and ensuring actionable outcomes for teachers implementing Teaching Strategies solutions. The role requires travel up to 50% and collaboration across PD operations, content, and state initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field; master's preferred
• Five years experience in management, educator coaching, and delivering professional development of adult learners both virtually and in person
• Working knowledge of Teaching Strategies solutions
• Bilingual Spanish a bonus
• Experience establishing and communicating performance and quality metrics aligned with organizational goals
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, evaluate and coach PDN members.
• Travel to observe and deliver PD sessions as needed.
• Serve as subject matter expert relating to professional development sessions.
• Plan and facilitate professional development opportunities for the PDN.
• Ensure all pre and post-session documentation meets standards of professional development.
• Measure effectiveness of content and delivery through evaluations and feedback.
• Collaborate with PD operations and content teams to prepare PDN for projects.
