Tutored by Teachers is seeking a Partner Success Manager who will serve as a strategic partner to district and school teams, ensuring program success and long-term growth.

You will lead onboarding, own your book of business, and collaborate with internal teams to drive renewals, expansions, and client satisfaction. This is a fully remote role targeting Midwest districts, with up to 40% travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Experience in K-12 education, district and school leadership preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proven track record in retention, expansion and churn reduction.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Commitment to TbT’s mission to close the opportunity gap.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to districts and schools, ensuring program success and growth.
• Lead onboarding for new clients with clear expectations, timelines and milestones.
• Own and manage book of business; develop territory plans for health, renewals and expansion.
• Synthesize client feedback to inform internal teams and senior management.
• Lead renewals and upsell efforts to grow partnerships.
• Identify at-risk accounts and collaborate internally to mitigate churn.
• Build collaborative relationships across teams to deliver seamless client experience.
