SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a proactive Labor Relations Manager to support labor relations across multiple construction projects and business groups in the Western region.

The role partners with project teams, unions, and field leadership to set up projects for success from a labor relations perspective. The ideal candidate communicates effectively, administers CBAs/PLAs, resolves employee relations matters, and thrives in a union environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in heavy industrial construction/projects involving trade unions.
• Ability to administer CBAs and PLAs and interpret labor contracts.

Aufgaben

• Administer and interpret Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) and Project Labor Agreements (PLAs).
• Support negotiations of CBAs, PLAs, MOUs, and other labor agreements.
• Interpret labor contracts and state or national law and provide guidance to project teams to ensure compliance with Legal Counsel.
• Assist with internal investigations, grievances, and dispute resolution in coordination with Legal Counsel.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with local and regional union leadership and job stewards.
• Coordinate project startup activities including workforce planning coordination, pre-job conferences, and labor relations trainings.
• Maintain labor relations records and databases in accordance with company standards.
