SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a proactive Labor Relations Manager to support labor relations operations across multiple construction projects and business groups throughout the Western region.

The role partners with project teams, unions, and field leadership to set projects up for success from a labor relations and workforce perspective. The ideal candidate excels in communicating and building strong relationships with labor unions, administering CBAs and PLAs, and resolving employee relations

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Construction Management, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy industrial construction/projects involving trade unions.
• Experience administering CBAs and working in union environments.
• Strong background in private sector labor relations.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and training abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Effective problem-solving and time management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Administer and interpret CBAs and PLAs.
• Support negotiations of CBAs, PLAs, MOUs, and other labor agreements.
• Interpret labor contracts and laws and advise project teams on compliance.
• Assist with internal investigations, grievances, and dispute resolution with Legal Counsel.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and regional union leadership and job stewards.
• Coordinate project startup activities including workforce planning, pre-job conferences, and trainings.
• Maintain labor relations records and databases per company standards.
