Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. seeks a proactive Labor Relations Manager to support labor relations across multiple construction projects in the Western region.

You will collaborate with project teams, unions, and field leadership to ensure projects are set up for success from a labor relations perspective. The ideal candidate excels in building relationships with unions, administering CBAs/PLAs, and resolving employee relations matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy industrial construction with unions.
• Experience administering CBAs and working in union environments.
• Strong ethics and confidentiality.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret CBAs and PLAs.
• Support negotiations of CBAs, PLAs, MOUs, and other agreements.
• Interpret contracts and law; advise project teams on compliance.
• Assist with investigations, grievances, and dispute resolution.
• Build and maintain relationships with union leadership and stewards.
• Coordinate startup activities including workforce planning and trainings.
• Maintain labor relations records and databases.
