SOLV Energy, Inc. is hiring a Labor Relations Manager to oversee labor relations for multiple Western construction projects. The role is fully remote, requiring strong communication with unions, field leadership, and legal counsel.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in bargaining agreements, employee relations, and compliance, with a track record of ethical, confidential handling of sensitive information.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy industrial construction/projects involving trade unions.
• Proven experience administering CBAs and working in union environments.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with high ethical standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Administer and interpret CBAs and PLAs
• Support negotiations of CBAs, PLAs, MOUs, and other labor agreements
• Interpret labor contracts and state or national law and advise project teams
• Assist with internal investigations, grievances, and dispute resolution
• Build and maintain positive relationships with union leadership and stewards
• Coordinate project startup activities including workforce planning and trainings
• Maintain labor relations records and databases according to company standards
