SOLV Energy is seeking a proactive Labor Relations Manager to support labor relations across multiple construction projects in the Western region. The role partners with project teams, unions, and field leadership to ensure labor-related success and compliance.

The ideal candidate excels in fostering strong union relationships, administering CBAs/PLAs, and resolving employee relations matters. This fully remote position offers exposure to diverse projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Construction Management, Business Administration, or HR.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy industrial construction with unions.
• Experience administering CBAs and working in union environments.
• Strong background in private sector labor relations.
• High ethical standards and confidentiality.
• Problem-solving and time management skills.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and training abilities.

Aufgaben

• Administer and interpret Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) and Project Labor Agreements (PLAs)
• Support negotiations of CBAs, PLAs, MOUs, and other labor agreements
• Interpret labor contracts and state or national law and provide guidance to project teams to ensure compliance with Legal Counsel
• Assist with internal investigations, grievances, and dispute resolution in coordination with Legal Counsel
• Build and maintain positive relationships with local and regional union leadership and job stewards
• Coordinate project startup activities including workforce planning coordination, pre-job conferences, and labor relations trainings
• Maintain labor relations records and databases in accordance with company standards
