Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a proactive Labor Relations Manager to oversee labor relations across multiple construction projects. You will partner with unions, field leadership, and project teams to ensure compliance and productive workforce relations.

The role is fully remote in the United States, with location discussions during interview. The ideal candidate has deep experience negotiating CBAs, administering agreements, and resolving employee relations matters.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Construction Management, Business Administration, or HR.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy industrial construction with trade unions.
• Experience administering CBAs and working in union environments.
• Strong background in private sector labor relations.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret CBAs and PLAs.
• Support negotiations of CBAs, PLAs, MOUs, and other labor agreements.
• Interpret labor contracts and law and advise project teams to ensure compliance with Legal Counsel.
• Assist with internal investigations, grievances, and dispute resolution.
• Build relationships with local and regional union leadership and job stewards.
• Coordinate startup activities including workforce planning and pre-job conferences and labor relations trainings.
• Maintain labor relations records and databases per company standards.
