SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a proactive Labor Relations Manager to oversee labor relations across construction projects and business groups in the Western region. The role emphasizes collaboration with unions, project teams, and leadership to optimize labor relations and workforce outcomes.

The ideal candidate will communicate effectively, administer CBAs, and resolve employee relations matters across remote settings. Strong negotiation and advisory skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Construction Management, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy industrial construction/projects involving trade unions.
• Proven experience administering CBAs and working in union environments.
• Strong background in private sector labor relations.
• High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Effective problem-solving and time management skills.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret CBAs and PLAs; ensure compliance with terms.
• Support negotiations of CBAs, PLAs, MOUs, and other labor agreements.
• Interpret labor contracts and laws; advise project teams and Legal Counsel.
• Assist with internal investigations, grievances, and dispute resolution.
• Build relationships with local and regional union leadership and stewards.
• Coordinate startup activities including workforce planning and trainings.
• Maintain labor relations records and databases per company standards.
