SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a proactive Labor Relations Manager to oversee labor relations across multiple construction projects nationwide. The role partners with project teams, unions, and field leadership to ensure successful labor relations and workforce outcomes.

The ideal candidate communicates effectively, administers CBAs/PLAs, and resolves employee relations matters. The role is fully remote with location details discussed in interview.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Construction Management, Business Administration, or HR.
• Minimum 5 years in heavy industrial construction with unions.
• Experience administering CBAs and working in union environments.
• Strong ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Public speaking, presentation, and training abilities.

Responsabilités

• Administer and interpret CBAs and PLAs.
• Support negotiations of CBAs, PLAs, MOUs, and other labor agreements.
• Interpret labor contracts and laws and advise project teams on compliance.
• Assist with internal investigations, grievances, and dispute resolution.
• Build relationships with local and regional union leadership and job stewards.
• Coordinate startup activities including workforce planning, pre-job conferences, and trainings.
• Maintain labor relations records and databases.
