SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a proactive Labor Relations Manager to oversee labor relations across multiple heavy industrial construction projects and business groups.

You will partner with project teams, unions, and field leadership to ensure compliant workforce operations and successful project start-ups. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Construction Management, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy industrial construction/projects involving trade unions.
• Proven experience administering CBAs and working in union environments.
• Strong background in private sector labor relations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret CBAs and PLAs.
• Support negotiations of CBAs, PLAs, MOUs, and other labor agreements.
• Interpret labor contracts and state or national law and guide project teams on compliance.
• Assist with internal investigations, grievances, and dispute resolution with Legal Counsel.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with local and regional union leadership and job stewards.
• Coordinate project startup activities including workforce planning, pre-job conferences, and labor relations trainings.
• Maintain labor relations records and databases.
