You will influence decision makers, consult on solutions, and partner with external and internal sales teams. This role emphasizes strategic relationship management, plan sponsors, and participants, with hybrid work near Columbus, OH or Scottsdale, AZ.

Qualifications

• Five years minimum experience in a sales driven role.
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Proactively initiates daily contacts to build relationships with business partners.
• Advise on product features, value propositions, and solutions to meet client needs.
• Develops strategies with partners to meet territory goals and retention targets.
• Consults with partners on regulatory and product changes to improve adoption.
• Mentors teammates and represents ISS in strategic initiatives.
• Travel to broker dealer events and conferences as needed.
