Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Human Ecology, Business, Finance, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required; associate must obtain licenses within designated time.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a sales driven position.
• Advanced knowledge of insurance and financial products; consultative sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively initiates daily contacts to business partners to build relationships and advise based on client needs.
• Builds and grows strategic partnerships to meet territory performance requirements.
• Acts as a consultative link between business partners and Nationwide Financial.
• Provides financial expertise, recommendations, and practice management guidance to partners within assigned territory.
