Carrier Global Corporation is hiring an Inside Sales Engineer to support the Commercial Strategic Accounts team with pre-sale and post-sale technical assistance. You will help with HVAC equipment selections, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and pursue new business opportunities.

This role can be based in Mountain or Pacific Time Zone, with up to 5% domestic travel and a focus on delivering results in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years HVAC experience.
• Up to 5% travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Review plans to develop HVAC solutions.
• Communicate requirements with customers and internal teams.
• Provide HVAC equipment selections for new and replacement projects.
• Support Sales Managers and Coordinators with accounts and new product introductions.
• Demonstrate understanding of HVAC systems and controls.
