• Fluency in Portuguese.
• Excellent phone/video rapport skills.
• Comfort with outbound outreach and high daily call volume.
• Organized and self-directed, able to manage a large portfolio.
• Data-lac-friendly, able to read dashboards and spot patterns.
• Persistent and resilient, adaptable to different conversations.
• Strong judgment and integrity in compliant contexts.

Responsabilités

• Analyze host accounts to identify optimization and growth opportunities.
• Make high-volume outbound calls and conduct video meetings with hosts.
• Present data using charts and approved tools and explain platform value.
• Explain pricing differences across booking platforms to hosts.
• Document conversations and follow-ups in Salesforce and Gong.
• Track quarterly goals and adjust tactics weekly.
• Share learnings and best practices with the team.
• Follow host communication guidelines and provide objective, data-driven insights.
