CAI is seeking a Regional Grant Coordinator to support Indiana’s Rural Health Transformation Program, MRIHA regional grants, and related multi-year initiatives. This hybrid, long-term contract role is based in the Indiana region and requires strong grant management and cross-stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities include contract oversight, compliance, data reporting to CMS, and collaboration with statewide agencies and regional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5 years of grant management, contract oversight, program administration, or related work.
• 3 years working with healthcare organizations, rural communities, or public health systems.
• 2 years experience with compliance, budgeting, and reporting for state/federal grants.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Remote field-based contractor role with regional travel.
• Must reside within the assigned RHTP region and travel regularly.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary regional contract manager for organizations receiving RHTP funding.
• Monitor compliance with state and federal requirements, including expenditures and budgeting.
• Support regional coalitions to meet milestones and workplans.
• Coordinate with Technical Assistance Providers to align regional support.
• Coordinate regional data collection, performance tracking, and CMS reporting requirements.
• Engage regional stakeholders and maintain communication with IDOH teams.
• Track progress, identify barriers, and support problem-solving to sustain momentum.
