Job summary

CAI is seeking a Regional Grant Coordinator to support Indiana’s Rural Health Transformation Program and MRIHA Regional Grants. The role is full-time, long-term, with a hybrid work arrangement in Indianapolis, IN, and requires remote field-based contracting within the region.

Responsibilities include regional contract management, CMS reporting, and stakeholder engagement to ensure milestones, compliance, and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, public policy, business administration, or related field.
• 5 years of grant management, contract oversight, program administration, or related work.
• 3 years with healthcare organizations, rural communities, or public health systems.
• 2 years with compliance, budgeting, and reporting for state or federal grants.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary regional contract manager for RHTP funding.
• Monitor compliance with state and federal requirements and documentation standards.
• Coordinate CMS reporting and ensure timely submission of regional reports.
• Engage regional stakeholders and maintain communication with IDOH teams.
• Support program implementation and track progress across regions.
