Responsibilities

• Provide on-going training, development, and leadership to the service and repair colleagues
• Ensure quality of service and repair field operations in the operating area
• Investigate and resolve critical customer issues
• Advocate for digital tools and applications for service colleagues
• Lead process workshops and ensure adherence to service processes
• Monitor field tests, inspections, and data reports
• Consult with service managers on performance problems
• Assess improvement opportunities and drive project completion within timelines
