Job summary

RDSolutions seeks a Regional Manager, Field Operations to oversee field execution across a designated U.S. region, guiding Field Operations Managers and distributed RAs to meet timelines, quality, and labor productivity targets.

The role emphasizes leadership, performance management, and cross-team collaboration to drive consistent regional execution and resolve operational challenges.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in field operations or similar
• Experience managing other managers preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a geographically dispersed org
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting systems

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold Field Operations Managers accountable for workforce performance and execution across the region
• Ensure regional work is staffed, on time, and meets project requirements
• Oversee workforce capacity, resource allocation, and labor utilization
• Monitor regional performance metrics and address gaps with corrective actions
• Establish consistent management practices and develop capabilities across the region
• Other duties as assigned
