• 3+ years of experience in field operations and workforce management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, monitor performance, and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Research Associate performance through clear expectations, coaching, and collaboration with HR as needed.
• Plan workforce and ensure adequate staffing to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Monitor field execution, ensure accuracy and timeliness of work, and address issues impacting delivery.
• Allocate resources to balance delivery, quality, and labor costs, including overtime and travel considerations.
• Coordinate with corporate teams and Field Operations leadership to resolve issues and improve execution.
• Other duties as assigned.
