RDSolutions is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead a geographically distributed Research Associate team across an assigned territory. You will translate project schedules into reliable field execution, ensure staffing, coach staff, and coordinate with corporate support teams.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, planning, and cost-aware decision-making to deliver high-quality results on time. This is a fully remote position with annual bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in field operations, workforce management, people supervision, scheduling, or project delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, monitor performance metrics, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn operational dashboards and business systems.
• Note: relocation or specific state restrictions may apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead Research Associate performance through clear expectations, coaching, feedback, and collaboration with HR as needed.
• Ensure assigned work is appropriately staffed and scheduled to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Monitor field execution and hold Research Associates accountable for timely, accurate work.
• Allocate resources to balance delivery, quality, and labor costs, including overtime and travel time.
• Partner with corporate teams and Field Operations leadership to resolve issues and improve field execution.
• Other duties as assigned.
