Career Team in the United States is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead a regional workforce operations with travel to project sites. You will drive strategic plan execution and uphold high standards of service and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor degree, 5+ years supervising and managing systems, and experience in workforce development. You will report to the Corporate Management Team and shape regional growth and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Minimum five years of managing systems, processes, and people.
• Experience in Workforce Development preferred.
• Five+ years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to strategize and manage at an executive level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operations and ensure policy adherence.
• Develop annual operating and capital budgets for each location.
• Maintain relationships with current and potential funding sources; liaise with local/state leaders.
• Ensure compliance with client, funding, and regulatory requirements; uphold quality standards.
• Drive quality service and performance improvement initiatives across regions.
• Supervise local Executive Directors and drive regional market growth.
• Review and approve bids and contracts; implement corporate initiatives.
• Travel up to 20% regionally.
