The RSM travels regularly, manages payroll/timekeeping, and ensures compliance, reporting performance to the National Manager. Join a team focused on mentorship, paced growth, and measurable field impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; business degree preferred.
• 3-5 years retail and sales management experience.
• Ability to travel 50% of the year across the US and work flexible hours.
• Strong leadership abilities with effective communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate, direct and coordinate activities of team members to meet sales goals.
• Track sales, events and merchandising projects.
• Build territory relationships through networking.
• Provide daily direction, training, and guidance; ensure retention.
• Travel to locations regularly and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Oversee DM performance, coaching, and staffing needs.
