Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking a Regional Income Development Executive to drive sales growth in the Northeast, including CT, MA and VT. The ideal candidate will live in the territory and work from home in an entrepreneurial atmosphere.

You will cultivate relationships with current accounts, expand F&I opportunities, and participate in training and conferences to promote Zurich’s marketing efforts. A competitive base salary with generous incentives and a company car awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of experience in the sales area.
• Or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4+ years of experience in the sales area.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and dealership IT.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and drive production in current accounts and referrals for new F&I opportunities in large franchised automotive dealers.
• Support growth and profitability through ongoing training and development within dealerships.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email/intranet/newsletter.
• Attend conferences, seminars and training events to promote Zurich’s marketing efforts.
• Understand and respond to changing technology/IT requirements of customer accounts.
• Work from home in an entrepreneurial atmosphere.
