Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking a Regional Income Development Executive to drive sales in the Virginia market, with potential involvement in parts of West Virginia. This remote-friendly role offers a base salary plus a generous incentive plan and comprehensive benefits.

The successful candidate will cultivate relationships, drive F&I opportunities, and participate in ongoing dealership training and events to promote Zurich’s marketing efforts. Bachelor's degree and sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience in the sales area
• OR High School Diploma and 4+ years of experience in the sales area
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques and terminology
• Dealership training experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of technology within the dealership
• Basic knowledge of all F&I products
• Knowledge of warranty claims terminology
• Ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and drive production in current accounts and referrals in F&I for large franchised dealers
• Support growth and profitability through ongoing training and development within dealerships
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via email/intranet/newsletter
• Attend conferences, seminars and meetings to promote Zurich's marketing efforts
• Understand IT requirements of customer accounts and gain internal buy-in
• Work from home in an entrepreneurial atmosphere
