Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking a Regional Income Development Executive for Southwest Virginia. The role covers Virginia and parts of West Virginia, with a work-from-home, entrepreneurial setup and a generous incentive plan alongside base salary.

The team focuses on Finance & Insurance products for large franchised auto dealers and requires strong relationship-building and sales development activities. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of sales experience or a high school

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of experience in the sales area.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4+ years of experience in the sales area.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and drive production in current accounts; obtain referrals for new FI opportunities.
• Support performance initiatives to drive growth and profitability through ongoing training within dealerships.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email/intranet/newsletter to maintain relationships.
• Attend conferences, seminars, and training events to promote Zurich’s marketing efforts.
