Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking a Regional Income Development Executive to support sales efforts in the West Division, covering CA, AZ, OR, WA, UT, ID, CO and NV. The position offers a remote-friendly setup with a competitive base salary plus uncapped incentives and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate will have a strong F&I background, dealership training, and the ability to manage relationships with large franchised auto dealers. Remote work is allowed; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of experience in the sales area
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4+ years of experience in the sales area

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and assist in driving production in current accounts and referrals for new F&I opportunities in the Large Franchised Automotive Dealers space
• Support performance and initiatives to drive growth and profitability through ongoing training and development within the dealerships
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via email/intranet/newsletter to maintain good relationships
• Attend conferences, seminars, training events and other meetings to promote Zurich’s marketing efforts as needed
• Understand and respond to changing technology/ IT requirements of customer accounts and gain internal buy-in to maintain good relationships
• Work from home in an entrepreneurial atmosphere
• Earn a competitive base salary with a generous no cap incentive plan
