Job summary

Jobgether is searching for a Regional Sales Manager, Strategic Accounts based in the United States. You will own the sales strategy for an assigned territory, driving new customer acquisition and expanding strategic enterprise accounts in the AI-powered physical security market.

You will build executive-level relationships, navigate long sales cycles, and collaborate with Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, Value Consulting, and Transformation teams to deliver compelling ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise technology/ SaaS sales experience.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and revenue growth.
• Ability to build a territory, create pipeline, and win new enterprise customers.
• Experience navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and complex purchases.
• Ability to translate technology into business value and strong ROI storytelling.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC or similar structured sales methodology.
• Experience leveraging channel/partner relationships to generate opportunities.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned territory, focusing on new customer acquisition and strategic account expansion.
• Generate and qualify pipeline through proactive prospecting, events, and partner relationships.
• Manage enterprise sales cycles from discovery to closing with disciplined deal execution.
• Build executive relationships with security leaders, technical decision-makers, and C-suite stakeholders.
