RiskGrid AI is seeking a Sales Leadership Regional Strategy Executive to guide our enterprise security sales in the US and EU. You will lead a regional team, drive strategic execution, and partner with channel and reseller networks to win market share.

This full-time role requires building a scalable sales program, recruiting and developing Regional Sales Managers, and ensuring accurate forecasts and quota attainment across major accounts.

Qualifikationen

• 20+ years of experience in sales organizations.
• 10+ years in sales leadership with 4+ years at director level.
• Proven track record selling security and networking tech to large enterprises.
• Verifiable history of exceeding quotas.
• Strong relationships with local resellers and national partners.

• Supervise 10-15 sales representatives and enforce organizational policies.
• Hire, train, and manage Regional Sales Managers.
• Forecast accurately and support sales cycles.
