Job summary

MTM, Inc. is seeking a Regional Ambulance Manager (East) to oversee ambulance recruitment, provider relationships, network management, and cost analysis for the East region.

This remote role supports partners, travel up to 25%, and coordinates with the Mobile Integrated Health team. You will manage full lifecycle recruitment, monitor performance metrics, ensure contract-driven service levels, and drive cost containment while maintaining high provider satisfaction and operational standards across

Qualifications

• 5+ years in EMS or Ambulance Operations, Dispatch, Logistics or Transportation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint).
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle recruitment of ambulance vendors and onboarding in the assigned region.
• Lead retention and expansion of the provider network for geographic coverage.
• Evaluate provider performance, costs, and adherence to SLA metrics.
• Maintain understanding of rates, protocols, Medicaid/Medicare schedules, and client expectations.
• Collaborate with Mobile Integrated Health to support community paramedicine and in‑home services.
• Oversee internal ambulance processes, training, and claims resolution.
• Drive cost containment through review of per-trip and per-mile costs.
• Monitor service levels, scheduling, and client/contract expectations.
• Provide guidance to providers on operations and reimbursement processes.
• Ensure policy execution and contract compliance across the network.
• Report monthly on recruitment activity and project progress.
