Zusammenfassung

MTM, Inc is seeking a Regional Ambulance Manager (East) to oversee ambulance recruiting, provider relationships, network management, and cost analysis for the East region. The role is remote within the East region and may involve travel up to 25%.

You will drive full lifecycle recruitment, onboard vendors, negotiate terms, monitor performance against metrics, and ensure compliance with MTM contracts and regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years in EMS or Ambulance Operations, Dispatch or Transportation; 7+ years preferred.
• Intermediate+ proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication, customer service, and analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead full lifecycle recruitment of ambulance vendors in the region.
• Identify, contract and onboard ambulance vendors.
• Negotiate pricing and trip coverage with providers.
• Monitor performance, costs and service levels against metrics.
• Ensure provider compliance with MTM contracts and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Mobile Integrated Health team for partnerships.
