Job summary

Classic Wire and Cable is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Electrical Products to drive growth across a defined territory. The role emphasizes building distributor and rep agency relationships, creating sales programs, and managing key accounts.

This is a remote position requiring residence in Colorado or a neighboring state with substantial travel. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electrical/distributor sales, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales to electrical distributors.
• Wire & cable experience required.
• Proven sales experience in the electrical or industrial distribution market.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain ethical, professional relationships with customers and sales reps.
• Drive growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Develop, implement, and manage sales programs and pricing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributor accounts, including regional and national distributors.
• Manage price quotations and proposals within the region.
• Organize and lead product training sessions for distributors, contractors, and rep agencies.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales on pricing, inventory management, and product rollouts.
• Support trade shows and promotional events in coordination with Marketing.
• Provide market intelligence and report on regional forecasts.
