Job summary

Voya Financial is seeking a Regional Director – Strategic Solutions to drive growth in enterprise pooled plan offerings. This role focuses on developing and launching multiple employer plans, building cross-functional relationships, and guiding field teams.

The position requires 6+ years in sales/marketing for retirement products, extensive pooled plan knowledge, and Series 6/63 licenses. It is remote but near a major airport with travel expectations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales/marketing success selling retirement products through brokers and consultants.
• Extensive product knowledge in pooled plan space and strong marketplace relationships.
• Willingness to travel; position is 100% remote but near a major airport.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Series 6 and 63 licenses are required.
• Proven track record of sales success.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across the organization to promote growth of pooled plan solutions.
• Attend and lead meetings with clients, brokers, advisors, TPAs, and consultants.
• Provide training to local field teams.
• Attend industry conferences to build the Voya brand and reputation.
• Partner with Marketing to develop collateral supporting growth in this space.
• Support implementation and client service on an as-needed basis.
• Support onboarding of new team members.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Multiple Employer Plans.
