Job summary

Voya Financial is seeking a Regional Director – Strategic Solutions to drive growth of pooled plan offerings, including Multiple Employer Plans. The role blends strategic business development with client leadership and field enablement, reporting to the Strategic Solutions leadership team.

You will travel as needed, lead cross‑functional engagements, and represent Voya at industry events, with a focus on building scalable enterprise solutions and strong broker relationships.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales/marketing success selling retirement and preferably Multiple Employer products through brokers and consultants.
• Extensive product knowledge in the pooled plan space and strong marketplace relationships.
• Willingness to travel; position is 100% remote but must be near a major airport.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Series 6 and 63 licenses.
• Proven track record of sales success.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across the organization to promote the growth of pooled plan solutions.
• Attend and lead meetings with clients, brokers, advisors, TPAs, and consultants.
• Provide training to local field teams.
• Attend industry conferences to build the Voya brand and reputation.
• Partner with Marketing to develop collateral supporting growth in this space.
• Support implementation and client service on an “as needed” basis.
• Support onboarding of new team members.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Multiple Employer Plans, representing a broad range of offerings.
