Job summary

Voya Financial in the Los Angeles area is seeking a Regional Director to drive strategic solutions and growth of enterprise MEP programs. You will build relationships, lead client meetings, train local teams, present at conferences, and collaborate with Marketing to create collateral. Remote role with travel near airports.

Candidates should have 6+ years in retirement product sales, Series 6/63, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven sales record.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales/marketing success selling retirement products through brokers and consultants.
• Extensive knowledge of pooled plan products and strong market relationships.
• Willingness to travel; 100% remote but near a major airport.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Series 6 and 63 licenses.
• Proven track record of sales success.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across the organization to promote pooled plan growth.
• Lead meetings with clients, brokers, advisors, TPAs, and consultants.
• Provide training to local field teams.
• Attend industry conferences to build the Voya brand.
• Partner with Marketing to develop growth collateral.
• Support implementation and client service as needed.
• Assist onboarding of new team members.
• Serve as subject matter expert in Multiple Employer Plans.
