Job summary

Voya Financial is seeking a Regional Director – Strategic Solutions to drive growth in enterprise pooled plan offerings. You will lead cross-team initiatives, attend client and broker meetings, and promote Voya’s MEP solutions from launch through expansion.

You will leverage deep knowledge of retirement products, build strong broker relationships, and travel as needed while working remotely near a major airport. A strong sales track record and relevant licenses are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales/marketing success selling retirement products through brokers and consultants.
• Extensive product knowledge in pooled plan space.
• Willingness to travel; 100% remote but near a major airport.
• Series 6 and 63 licenses.
• Proven track record of sales success.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across the organization to promote growth of pooled plan solutions.
• Attend and lead meetings with clients, brokers, advisors, TPAs, and consultants.
• Provide training to local field teams.
• Attend industry conferences to build the Voya brand and reputation.
• Partner with Marketing to develop collateral supporting growth in this space.
• Support implementation and client service on an “as needed” basis.
• Support onboarding of new team members.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Multiple Employer Plans.
