Job summary

Voya Financial is seeking a Regional Director – Strategic Solutions to lead the development, launch, and growth of enterprise pooled plan solutions. You will build cross‑company relationships, lead client and broker meetings, and train local field teams while representing Voya at industry events.

The role emphasizes deep knowledge of multiple employer plans, travel readiness, and a strong sales track record, with base salary in the six‑figure range and incentives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales/marketing success selling retirement products through brokers and consultants.
• Extensive knowledge of pooled plan products and strong marketplace relationships.
• Willingness to travel; role is 100% remote but must be near a major airport.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Series 6 and 63 licenses.
• Proven track record of sales success.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across the organization to promote growth of pooled plan solutions.
• Attend and lead meetings with clients, brokers, advisors, TPAs, and consultants.
• Provide training to local field teams.
• Attend industry conferences to build the Voya brand and reputation.
• Partner with Marketing to develop collateral supporting growth in this space.
• Support onboarding of new team members.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Multiple Employer Plans.
