Job summary

Voya Financial is seeking a Regional Director for Strategic Solutions to drive growth in enterprise pooled plan offerings. The role emphasizes relationship-building across the organization, client engagement, and leadership in a remote-capable capacity near a major airport.

The position requires 6+ years in retirement product sales/marketing, licenses 6 and 63, and a proven success track record. Travel will be needed to meet clients and partnerships across the network.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales/marketing success selling retirement and preferably Multiple Employer products through brokers and consultants.
• Extensive product knowledge in the pooled plan space and strong marketplace relationships.
• Willingness to travel; position is 100% remote but must be near a major airport.
• Series 6 and 63 licenses.
• Proven track record of sales success.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across the organization to promote the growth of pooled plan solutions.
• Attend and lead meetings with clients, brokers, advisors, TPAs, and consultants.
• Provide training to local field teams.
• Attend industry conferences to build the Voya brand and reputation.
• Partner with Marketing to develop collateral supporting growth in this space.
• Support implementation and client service on an “as needed” basis.
• Support onboarding of new team members.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Multiple Employer Plans, representing a broad range of offerings.
