Voya Financial is seeking a Regional Director – Strategic Solutions to drive development, launch, and growth of enterprise solutions, focusing on Multiple Employer Plans (pooled plans).

You will build cross-team relationships, lead client and broker meetings, and train local field staff while representing the company at industry conferences. This role emphasizes sales performance, strategic product knowledge, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales/marketing success in retirement products.
• Extensive product knowledge in pooled plan space and strong relationships.
• Willingness to travel; 100% remote but near a major airport.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Series 6 and 63 licenses.
• Proven track record of sales success.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to promote growth of pooled plan solutions.
• Lead meetings with clients, brokers, advisors, TPAs, and consultants.
• Provide training to local field teams.
• Attend industry conferences to build the Voya brand.
• Partner with Marketing to develop collateral for growth.
• Support implementation and client service on an as-needed basis.
• Onboard new team members and serve as SME for MEPs.
