Job summary

Voya Financial is seeking a Regional Director – Strategic Solutions to lead business development for enterprise pooled plan offerings including MEPs. You will build cross‑functional relationships, lead client and broker meetings, and train local teams to scale growth.

The role emphasizes industry engagement, collateral development with Marketing, and hands‑on support for onboarding and implementation. Extensive sales success and Series 6/63 licenses are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales/marketing success selling retirement and MEP products through brokers and consultants.
• Extensive product knowledge in the pooled plan space and strong marketplace relationships.
• Willingness to travel; position is 100% remote but near a major airport.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Series 6 and 63 licenses.
• Proven track record of sales success.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across the organization to promote the growth of pooled plan solutions.
• Attend and lead meetings with clients, brokers, advisors, TPAs, and consultants.
• Provide training to local field teams.
• Attend industry conferences to build the Voya brand and reputation.
• Partner with Marketing to develop collateral supporting growth in this space.
• Support implementation and client service on an “as needed” basis.
• Support onboarding of new team members.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Multiple Employer Plans, representing a broad range of offerings.
