Job summary

Voya Financial is seeking a Regional Director – Strategic Solutions to drive growth of enterprise pension solutions, focusing on Multiple Employer Plans. The role involves leading meetings with clients and brokers, training local teams, and representing Voya at industry conferences.

You will build cross‑functional relationships, partner with Marketing on collateral, and support onboarding and client service as needed, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales/marketing success selling retirement and pooled plan products through brokers and consultants.
• Extensive product knowledge in the pooled plan space and strong marketplace relationships.
• Willingness to travel; 100% remote but near a major airport.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Series 6 and 63 licenses.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across the organization to promote growth of pooled plan solutions.
• Attend and lead meetings with clients, brokers, advisors, TPAs, and consultants.
• Provide training to local field teams.
• Attend industry conferences to build the Voya brand and reputation.
• Partner with Marketing to develop collateral supporting growth in this space.
• Support implementation and client service on an “as needed” basis.
• Support onboarding of new team members.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Multiple Employer Plans.
