Job summary

CareDx is seeking a Region Director to lead the regional commercial organization across multiple states in the United States. You will drive performance, develop talent, and scale a complex oncology diagnostics portfolio with multidisciplinary care teams, including ENT, medical oncology, and colorectal surgery.

You will coach field teams, set standards, and partner with operations, marketing, and medical affairs to ensure disciplined execution and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in oncology and diagnostics sales.
• Proven leadership of field teams and complex sales cycles.
• Strong coaching and talent development capabilities.
