Job summary
CareDx is seeking a Region Director to lead regional sales, talent development, and operational discipline across a multi-state territory. You will translate national strategy into actionable regional plans, drive forecast rigor, and champion selling excellence with multidisciplinary oncology teams including ENT/head & neck surgeons, medical and radiation oncologists, and colorectal surgeons.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of oncology and diagnostics sales experience.
- 3+ years of direct people leadership in field sales.
- Willingness to travel 50–70% within the region.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional performance and accountability for a growing sales organization.
- Translate national strategy into regional priorities and plans.
- Coach teams through tumor boards and multidisciplinary care pathways.
- Ensure CRM discipline, pipeline hygiene, and forecast accuracy.
