CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Region Director to scale performance and talent across a multi-state US territory in oncology diagnostics. You will lead multidisciplinary selling teams, translate strategy into regional plans, and drive disciplined execution.

You’ll coach field teams, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure CRM discipline while upholding CareDx standards. This is a remote US role with significant travel and a focus on growth and operational excellence; base salary ranges

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in oncology and diagnostics sales.
• 3+ years in direct people leadership of field teams.
• Experience with ENT/Head & Neck, Medical/Radiation/Colorectal Oncology.
• Proven growth leadership, coaching, and change management.
• Willingness to travel 50–70% within the region.
