Job summary
CareDx is seeking a Region Director to accelerate growth across multiple states in oncology diagnostics. You will lead a scaled sales organization, translate national strategy into regional priorities, and drive adoption with multidisciplinary care teams including ENT, Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Colorectal Surgery.
The role requires a track record of 8+ years in oncology sales, 3+ years of leadership, and strong coaching skills.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in oncology and diagnostics sales.
- 3+ years of direct people leadership experience.
- Demonstrated experience with ENT/Head & Neck Surgery, Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, or Colorectal Surgery.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional performance and accountability across a growing sales organization.
- Translate national strategy into regional priorities, execution plans, and expectations.
- Drive disciplined execution through regular performance reviews, pipeline inspection, and forecast rigor.
- Coach and develop sales representatives on complex oncology diagnostics and cross-functional engagement.
- Leverage CRM and analytics to identify growth opportunities and ensure compliant messaging.
