Job summary

CareDx is seeking a Region Director to scale regional performance across a multi-state territory in the United States. You will drive adoption of the national strategy, lead cross-functional oncology teams, and model disciplined execution across analytics‑driven pipeline management.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in oncology diagnostics sales, 3+ years of people leadership, and a strong ability to engage ENT, Medical, Radiation, and Colorectal surgeons.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in oncology and diagnostics sales.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience managing field sales teams.
• Experience with ENT / Head & Neck Surgery, Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and/or Colorectal Surgery.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional performance and accountability across a growing sales organization.
• Translate national strategy into regional priorities and execution plans.
• Drive forecast rigor and pipeline reviews to inform strategy.
• Coach and develop regional teams to adopt selling best practices.
