Job summary

CareDx, a leader in precision medicine diagnostics, seeks a Region Director to scale commercial performance across a growing multi-state region. You will lead cross-functional teams and partner with Otolaryngology, Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Colorectal Surgery stakeholders to drive adoption of NavDx and other diagnostics.

The role requires 8+ years in oncology and diagnostics sales, 3+ years of people leadership, and a proven track record of growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in oncology and diagnostics sales.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience managing field sales teams.
• Experience working with ENT / Head & Neck Surgery, Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and/or Colorectal Surgery.
• Proven success leading teams through growth, expansion, and change.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region (50-70%).

Responsibilities

• Lead regional performance and accountability across a growing sales organization.
• Translate national strategy into clear regional priorities, execution plans, and expectations.
• Drive disciplined execution through regular performance reviews, pipeline inspection, and forecast rigor.
• Ensure consistent adoption of selling best practices across both legacy and newly onboarded representatives.
• Lead teams selling complex oncology diagnostics to multidisciplinary care teams.
• Coach sales reps on navigating tumor boards, care pathways, and clinical conversations.
• Leverage Salesforce and Tableau to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy.
• Partner with the sales team to drive CRM discipline and regional growth.
