Job summary

CareDx is seeking a Region Director to scale our oncology diagnostics business across a growing multi-state region. You will lead regional commercial operations, develop talent, and implement disciplined execution aligned with national strategy.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in oncology and diagnostics sales, 3+ years of leadership, and a track record of expanding teams, navigating complex care pathways, and partnering with ENT, Medical, Radiation, and Colorectal surgeons.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in oncology and diagnostics sales.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience managing field sales teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region (50-70%).

Responsibilities

• Lead regional performance and accountability across a growing sales organization.
• Translate national strategy into clear regional priorities and execution plans.
• Drive forecast accuracy and rigorous pipeline management.
• Coach and develop sales reps to improve performance and results.
