CareDx is seeking a Region Director to scale a multi-state oncology diagnostics sales region. Lead regional performance, develop talent, and drive disciplined execution across ENT, Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Colorectal Surgery. Partner with Commercial Operations, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and HR to expand adoption, ensure CRM discipline, and deliver forecast accuracy. This is a high-impact leadership role with extensive travel within the region; remote-friendly within the US.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in oncology and diagnostics sales.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Experience with ENT/Head & Neck Surgery, Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, or Colorectal Surgery.
